Portrait of Cate Sinclair

Like you, I’m frustrated with the major parties. We need to place more value on our environment, and urgently commit resources to fight the climate crisis so we can ensure a better future for our community.

As a public health practitioner for over 30 years my strength has been to listen to people and their stories. I am committed to hearing, understanding, and representing the people of Bendigo who are leaders in caring for health and the environment. Greens support both business and job security, but we don’t take dirty donations. We stand for the fair share of wealth to build strong inclusive communities, prioritising housing, mental and physical well-being, and healthy environments – so in balance of power we will make billionaires and big corporations pay their fair share of tax so you can have a better life.

We are living with bushfires, storms, floods, and droughts, and are running out of time to tackle the climate crisis. This election you can use your vote to bring long overdue action to create a safer future for all.
