Chris’s details will appear here shortly
Chris is part of the Community Independents Project
Jy Sandford (Greens)

I’m a young, queer renter who is passionate about advocating for the well-being of all members of the Jagajaga community. As someone currently facing the challenges of affordability in Jagajaga, I know that so many in our community are struggling with the housing and cost of living crisis.
The Labor Party has neglected Jagajaga for too long, and I am deeply committed to tackling the climate crisis, expanding and investing in public and genuinely affordable housing, renters’ rights, transitioning to renewable energy, and LGBTQIA+ rights.
I will put the needs of the community ahead of big corporations and fossil fuel giants to ensure no one is left behind.
As the representative, I will champion progressive policies that address our unique challenges in Jagajaga, ensuring every voice is heard toward a sustainable and inclusive future. Together, we can fight for easing the cost of living, housing for all, and climate justice.
The Greens have a bold plan to take on the big corporations and tax them to fund the things that will make all our lives better. If you want change, vote for it.
