Armadale Green Light Candidates

Shelley Harrington (Greens)

As a public servant with a degree in environmental science, I’m deeply passionate about sustainability and nature.

I’m tired of seeing the major parties exacerbate the cost of housing and rampant urban sprawl, which are having a huge impact on our community here in Armadale. We need sustainable growth for the region, making sure it does not come at the expense of the natural environment. As such, I’ll advocate for infill projects in Armadale to create dense, liveable neighbourhoods filled with community green spaces, public transport links, and necessary infrastructure.

This election we have a real opportunity to get more Greens into parliament to push the government further and faster on these issues and more, like urgent action on the cost of living, housing and climate crises.

A better future for WA is possible – but we have to make it happen together.

If you want change, you have to vote for it.
