Timothy Green is a passionate animal rights activist who is proud to represent the Animal Justice Party in the WA seat of Swan on the land of the Whadjuk Noongar people. They have worked as a warehouse hand for a solar energy company, and are currently working for an event photography business. They studied electrical power and renewable engineering, and would like to see Australia transition to a coal-free future. They are an active volunteer in the community, including at a wildlife rehabilitation centre, at multiple local sports associations, and with the Coalition for the Protection of Racehorses. Tim is also passionate about helping to create healthier sports clubs by encouraging the adoption of plant based options in their canteens. Their hobbies include video editing and developing electronics equipment with their partner.
Tim is running as an Animal Justice Party candidate because they would like to see an end to live animal export.
