Victorian State Election November 28th 2026
The disturbing rise of One Nation has radically changed the Australian political landscape. Vote Climate One is now forced to overhaul our strategic preferencing advice, not just federally, but for this state election as well. We now have the threat of the Liberal Party preferencing One Nation and a potential coalition between One Nation and the Liberal/National Parties. Red light electorate preference advice may have to change significantly. We will update the website and our advice in the next few weeks.

Traffic Light Voting Guides and strategic preferencing advice will not go up on the website until some time after Wednesday November 11th. We can’t complete our voting guides until after the ballot draw when the order of candidates on the ballot paper is decided. The guides have to be all done and dusted by Wednesday November 18th when early voting begins.
The electorate links in the table below take you to the Tally Room electorate details while we are working on creating each electorate page. The pages will appear in bold in the table below when they are published on the website and the Tally Room link will disappear.
